Herbs To Lower Blood Pressure (hypertension)

  • 15 grams of seeds of Foetid Cassia - Cassia tora Linn baked to dry and yellow, and then pulverized to a powder. Brewed with hot or boiling water, drink tea instead. sugar can be added to taste.
  • 2 pieces of Cucumber - Cucumis sativus L smoothed and filtered to take water. Drink as well. Do it 2-3 times a day.
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried seeds of Mahogany - mahogany Swietenia Jacq, brewed with 1/3 cup hot water, add 1 tablespoon of honey. Drink while warm, do it 2-3 times a day.
  • 2 pieces of ripe Noni - Morinda citrifolia, Linn squeezed to take water, then mixed with 2 tablespoons of honey, and stir until evenly distributed, and filtered. Drunk and repeated 2 days.
  • 50 grams root of the Serpent wood - Rauvolfia serpentine, boiled with 600cc of water until the remaining 200cc. After chilling filtered. Drink morning and evening, 100cc.
