Appendicitis is most often found at the age of 20 to 40 years. The disease is rarely found at a very young or elderly, due to the different forms of anatomical appendix at that age.
Appendicitis is underlying the occurrence of the blockage on the line appendix. The most common cause of deafness is fekalit. Fekalit formed from the stool (feces) that are trapped in the channel appendix. Besides fekalit, which can cause blockage is a worm or a foreign object is swallowed. So most likely already occurred wider inflammation in the abdomen (peritonitis).
Appendicitis is the standard treatment for surgery. Ever tried to treatment with antibiotics, although kekambuhannya healed but the level reached 35%. Surgery can be done openly or semi-closed (laparoscopic). After surgery, should be given antibiotics for 7-10 days.
There are plants that can be used to treat Appendicitis namely:
- 2 cm bulbs from Lote Upas (Merremia mammosa (Lour.) Hall.f.) washed and then mashed and mixed with 1 tablespoon sugar water, then squeezed and filtered. Drink 2 times a day.
- 60-70 grams of whole plant of Basella rubra Linn, washed, cut into pieces, Ialu boil with enough water until completely submerged materials. After the water remaining half, remove and let cool, Ialu drunk.
