Elaeocarpus grandiflorus J. Sm,

Elaeocarpus grandiflorus J. Sm, is a tree with a height of 6-26 m. Leaf-stemmed, flowering 4-6, 2-10 cm long. Flower stalks 3 to 4.5 cm. Leaves bright red petals, hairy. Corolla white, with scales at its base, towards the end of the very broad and divided into Taju, length: 2 to 2.5 cm. Basic yellow flowers, and orange. Stamen hair entirely. Ovary egg shape, hair, the stigma does not widen. Many grew up in the woods on the edge of the water, below 500 m. Part used Fruit, bark, and leaves.


Composition:
Elaeokarpid (toxic bitter substance) and saponins. Diuretic properties.

Disease Can Be Treated:
Dysentery, urinary tract infection, kidney inflammation, hepatitis.
