Plant to treat Flatulence
Flatulence can be caused by colds (aerophagia), or because it makes a lot of intestinal gas. In most cases, flatulence are harmless and are caused by poor diet. Eating in a hurry cause intestinal gas production more than usual. Certain types of foods or drinks can cause stomach bloating. Stress and anxiety can also cause flatulence.
Plants that can be used to treat flatulence, among others:
15-60 g of fresh leaves of Paederia scandens (Lour.) Merr. washed, crushed. Add 1 cup of boiled water and 1-2 teaspoons of salt, stir, and then filtered. Drink before dinner.
